Former half-decent actress Lindsay Lohan, and that guy Samantha Ronson, are planning to exchange vows at a private ceremony in Los Angeles ? Aww. Dina, LiLo?s mother has already got the party planning underway.

A source close to the worst kept secret in Hollywood said: “They’ve been keeping the relationship quiet for months and trying to pass each other off as ‘just good friends’.

“But they’ve decided it isn’t a fling, it’s for life - so they want to make their romance public. Dina is still working on the date of the party but it’s looking like towards the end of the year.”

The nuptials are believed to be taking place in November ? conveniently/suspiciously around the same time as the ?Mean Girls? actress (hang on wasn?t she in ?Bring it on?? I forget. Oh it was her from ?Spiderman?. Ah well, that sucked too.) new album, ?Spirit in the Dark?.

The 22-year-old star has bought a dress ? a Chanel mini-dress for the ceremony, while Samantha is reportedly wearing a top hat and tails ? you actually cannot make this up.

Friends and relatives are set to attend the ceremony, with Dina determined to ?welcome Sam in to the family?.

A UK newspaper claims that British singer Joss Stone is currently dating US rapper Nelly ? who at 33 is 12 years older than Joss.

Joss is reportedly smitten with the ?Work It? rapper, and has been on a few secret dates with him.

A source revealed: “Joss and Nelly have been out on a few dates. It’s early days but Joss is really happy. It’s great that she has met someone as successful as she is and who understands the pressures of being a performer.”

Joss, 21, is reducing her hectic work schedule this year to have more spare time to herself, and with Nelly.

“Her life has been like a whirlwind since she shot to fame at 14. Joss is determined to devote more time to herself, and if a little romance enters her life along the way who can blame her,” continued the source.

Earlier this year ? in a girl can?t find love response - the singer insisted she ?hated men?, because they were incapable of treating her well.

She said: “I’ve had kind of bad luck with boys, they just don’t tend to be too kind to me. I don’t know why, maybe it’s something I do?”

Last year, Joss joked her luck with men was so bad she was considering becoming a lesbian: “Every girl my age wants to be in a relationship, but I haven’t had one for two years. I think I’ll have to turn lesbian.?

Another day, another LiLo story, as today it was revealed that the actress ? who?s been having a bit of a tough time recently ? has got a half sister.

The star of ?Mean Girls?, Lohan?s father Michael had another daughter while he was still married over 13 years ago, but at that time he was estranged from Lindsay?s mother Dina.

Speaking about the relationship to OK magazine he said, “Years later the woman contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child.”

?

Michael ? who married Dina in 1985 before they divorced in 2007 ? has written letters to the girl?s mother saying his illegitimate daughter ?is beginning to look a lot like Linds, with a mix of Cody, believe it or not.?

He also sent a photo of himself to the girl, which he signed ?Love Daddy?.

?

The girl’s mother (desperate for a quick buck it would seem) claims that while Michael called his daughter on her 13th birthday in June and has spoken with her over the phone; he has never visited her or provided financial support.

She said: “It’s time for Michael to take responsibility.”

The Lindsay Lohan rumour mill just keeps on swirling with today?s news that the troubled (that word is over used when talking about today?s extensively rich celebrities btw) star has turned down a $1million offer to ?come out?.

The Mean Girls actress has been spending far too much time with Samantha Ronson to ?just be friends? and the pair were spotted wearing engagement rings, and reportedly living together.

The huge sum of money, for a story no one cares about, has been offered by lazy OK Magazine, who clearly prefer to throw money at celebs for a story rather than do some ?reporting?.

A source close to the actress said, “Lindsay really wants this to happen and she needs the money.”

But LiLo?s agent continues to deny that it will happen, “they sent offers and we passed.”

In all fairness, she is so broke right now she?d be as well giving them the story ? even if it is untrue, she?ll make a cool million bucks.
